Sambal belacan ini juga tidak perlu ditumis atau dimasak di atas dapur api. Letak sahaja kulit limau parut menggunakan lapisan hijau sahaja. Ia tidak pahit. Kemudian simpan semalaman di luar terlebih dahulu, esoknya baru simpan di dalam peti sejuk dan sudah boleh dinikmati bersama ulaman dan nasi putih. Memang sedap dan selamat mencuba!
